Bimatoprost Ophthalmic Solution 0.03% (3mL)

Indications:

Careprost can treat hypotrichosis (congenital deficiency of hair) of the eyelashes including growth, length, thickness and darkness.

Apply one drop of Careprost eye drop on a sterile eyeliner applicator to the upper eyelid margin, the base of the upper eyelashes until the eyelashes are moist.

Blot any excess solution runoff by tissues or cotton. Repeat for another eye with a new sterile applicator. Do not apply any on the lower eyelashes.

Careprost can reduce the elevated intraocular pressure with glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Apply one drop of Careprost eye drop in the affected eye once a day or as directed by pharmacists.

Side effects:

Side effects of using Careprost may include dry eyes, eye pruritus (itchiness), skin hyperpigmentation (increase in natural color of skin), ocular irritations, conjunctival hyperemia (abnormal large amount of blood the mucous membrane that lines the exposed portion of the eyeball and inner surface of the eyelids), inflammation of the eyelid, etc.

Precautions:

Eyelashes growth may revert back to pre-treatment level upon discontinuation of the medication Careprost.
